-Probably a small group of us (the guys who played in closed beta) because the majority are still waiting for the English version next year.
-A tiny bit.
-Use chrome and the Google translate to English. :D

Is it really IP blocked?
I managed to create an account and am currently downloading the 27Gb of the game :o
Just I quit now? Did you all stop playing?  :(

Edit: I checked on internet and everyone says the IP ban has been lifted. I will try myself and let you know :)
RE-Edit: Got stopped by the I-PIN registration... I've checked it out and as a foreigner, to Public I-PIN, I need to contact the Korean Immigration Office and request an Alien Registration Number...  :o
So no, I will not try this game now. I will wait until a not completely #$&#!@&#$ company hosts it.  ::)
